These two projects are currently in the preliminary planning approval phase for sites in Melbourne Australia. The large scale housing projects also involve commercial space on the ground floor and 180-200 residential units each. Slated for approvals and funding by early 2010, these flagship housing projects will provide low-income as well as market rate units in the urban core of Melbourne.
